How to become a Support Specialist? 🤔

Step 1

Sign up on this page and one of our career counsellors will contact you to explain you the details of the program.

Step 2

If you are interested in our program, then we will take a short screening call to check whether you are a right fit or not.

Step 3

If you are a right fit, you need to pay the registration fee and complete the necessary formalities to confirm your seat.

Step 4

Once your seat is confirmed, we will then onboard you onto our platform and then start training you. After 15 Days, we will schedule your interviews with Top MNCs and Mid-level companies in the next 45 days where they assess your communication skills and confidence. Once when you get selected, you will get a confirmation from the company. 

Step 5

Hurray! We will now co-ordinate with the company to release the offer letter. Once the offer letter is released, you need to sign the Income Share Agreement and complete the necessary formalities and also send a test email from your company email (Official Email). You can now start paying us in EMIs from your salary.

What is a Support Specialist role?

What is 6-months Job Assurance?

We provide a 6-months Job Assurance on a legal document which is signed by you and the authorised person from GoCinQ when you secure a position with any company through our training sessions. This means that if you are terminated for reasons other than performance issues within that 6-months period, we will either help you find another job within 60 days or provide you with a refund(after the necessary deductions like salary credits and GST) within two months if we are not able to get you placed.

What salary package can I expect?

We guarantee you an annual salary anywhere between 2.2 Lakhs to 3 Lakhs.

In which companies will I get placed?

You will get placed with Top MNCs and Mid-level companies like IntouchCX, Jio, HCL, Sutherland, Paisabazaar etc.

Will I get a Job for sure?

We will ensure we get you placed only if you qualify our screening criteria and clear interviews that are scheduled by the company. Just follow our process and give your 100%. You will get a job for sure 🙂

What if I don't get a job in 60 days?

If we are unable to place you in 60 days, we will refund your amount as per the terms & conditions .

What is the Eligibility Criteria for this program?

Will there be a refund if I get terminated from the organisation in the first 6 months?

If you get terminated in the first 6 months, GoCinQ will try to get you another job in the next 60 days from the day you receive the official termination email. If GoCinQ is unable to place you in the next 60 days after receiving the official termination email, a refund will be initiated as per the terms.

If your termination is due to performance issues, GoCinQ will not be liable for it. We provide the necessary training to ensure you are job-ready. However, it’s essential to remain committed and dedicated to your role to maintain job security.

I don't have any knowledge, can I still apply?

Yes! This program is designed to start from the foundations and is suitable for learners with no prior experience. 

Will I get any course content?

The training resources and materials will be shared by the organisation and GoCinQ will also help you with any such information.
